This intimate 100-hour Mat Pilates training is designed for aspiring instructors and devoted practitioners seeking a deeper, more refined understanding of movement. Through focused study of Pilates principles, alignment, anatomy, sequencing, and cueing, you will develop the knowledge and presence to teach with clarity, elegance, and confidence.

450 hour Classical pilates teacher training

75h In-Person Classroom | 75h Self Study | 75h Observing Classes (in-person or online) | 75h Teaching Classes | 150h Instructed Self Practice (taking classes)
450h Course will cover: History, Foundation & Principles of Pilates, Anatomy & Physiology of Pilates, Mat Pilates, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Building Classes & Class Ethics
The remaining hours are for self-study and self-practice. It will be up to you to complete these hours in order for you to receive your 450-hour Melt Academy Pilates Teacher Training certification. We recommend finishing the requirements one year from your start date.
Once you receive your Melt Certification, you will be prepared to sit for the national exam, if you choose to do that, through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). This is not mandatory.
Investment for the 450 hour course: total $6000 ($4500 if registered by February 18, 2026). Payment plans available upon request.
100 HOUR Classical MAT PILATES TEACHER TRAINING
100h course will cover: History, Philosophy, Anatomy, Mat prep exercises, Classical Mat Pilates exercises, Teaching Techniques, Programming Investment for the 100 hour Classical Mat Pilates Teacher Training course $1500.
